Reiki is a complementary and spiritual therapy that helps your body's energy to flow which can help you feel rejuvenated.

​Universal energy is transferred through my hands into your body.  This will help you feel relaxed and can promote emotional and physical healing.

It can be done either contact or non-contact, whichever you prefer.

​

I will use crystals, singing bowls and tuning forks throughout the session to help your energy flow.
