We all know the importance of Wellbeing and Mental Health. Everyone works very hard looking after others, but we can sometimes forget about looking after ourselves. If we're not at 100% then sometimes we may not be able to give 100% to others.
My treatments will help you relax, reduce your stress and improve your
overall wellbeing.

1 hour session £30
2 hour session - Reiki and/or Reflexology £60
Introductory offer
Your first 1 hour session will be £20 instead of the normal £30 (local area only). This will give you the opportunity to experience my services.
